Sky Medical Centre occupies the entire 1st floor of Bahria Sky 2, OZ Developers' 16-storey mixed-use tower in Bahria Orchard Phase 4. It is designed as South Lahore's first PMDC-registered multi-specialty outpatient facility, built around a core of 18 clinical departments, in-house diagnostics and 24/7 ambulance support.
Under Prof. Dr. Javed Iqbal's clinical direction, the centre operates on a single-roof model that draws from the 500,000-resident catchment of DHA, Bahria Town and Bahria Orchard Phases 1–4 — a population that currently travels 45–60 minutes to Gulberg for specialist care.
For investors and doctors, the centre is sold as two distinct products on the same floor: fractional shareholder units with contracted monthly income, and full-ownership clinic suites that doctors can practise from directly or that non-doctor owners can lease to the operating centre.
